Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, if a dispute between you and Dives Kitchens cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before a neutral mediator acceptable to both parties. The mediator’s decision will not be binding. The costs of mediation will be split equally between you and Dives Kitchens.

However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court or pursuing claims for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and remain valid and enforceable.

Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to comply with legal requirements or to reflect changes in how we operate the Site and how we expect users to behave on it. We will inform users of any changes by sending an email notification or by posting a notice on the Site.
